Shipping Policy.
Please, allow 5-7 days for shipments to be mailed once payment is received. We are not responsible for broken merchandise once it is shipped.
Payment Policy.
Payments are made using Paypal. All payments must be recieved within 5 days. Merchandise will not be shipped until a payment is received.
Return Policy.
Customers that are not satisfied with their order should immediatly contact us via email madewithgrace@outlook.com. We will do our best to exchange the merchandise and/or provide a refund. We are not responsible for broken merchandise once it is shipped. Returns and refunds are not accepted for custom orders.
